Tolu ordered the Big Meat plate on a Friday evening. By Saturday morning the post had over two thousand likes, and half of Ikeja was in our DMs.

What made it special? The goat is marinated overnight, boiled with fresh pepper, then fried until the outside is crispy. That's a lot of work for one piece of meat, but that's the point.
